Digital Systems and Microprocessor Lab
The newly renovated Digital Systems and Microprocessor Laboratory supports
several courses: Digital Electronics Technology (ITEC 322), Microprocessor
Technology (ITEC 324) and Advanced Microprocessor Technology (ITEC 326). This lab provides hands-on
experience with analog and digital oscilloscopes, AC/DC power supplies,
function generators, digital multimeters, and similar equipment. The
laboratory is equipped with PC's, Motorola MC68HC11 microcontroller
evaluation boards, the Avocet assembler and simulator package, and variety
of sensors to be used by students to learn about a microprocessor
architecture, assembly language, circuit control systems, and simulating and
analyzing digital systems.
