Information Systems Lab

The Information Systems Lab allows students to use the Internet and operate in a Windows NT environment to supplement lectures that provide an overview of distributed and client/server systems. Additionally, a brief introduction is provided to Unix based systems. Next, students work with MS Excel to learn how to support decision processes involving unstructured or unique problems, and then they design and implement an information system for continuing needs using a modern database management system, MS Access.
